Change Virgin Media Hub password
The process only takes a minute – there's no excuse...

Suspect that your Virgin Media Wi-Fi is being hijacked by a skinflint neighbour? Want to boot an irritating family member off of the network? It’s time to change your password. Luckily, changing your Virgin Media Hub network login is simplicity itself – all you’ll need is an Ethernet cable and a spare minute.

The only slight complication is that the instructions vary slightly depending on which Virgin router you have, which is why we’ve split out the advice depending on this. If you’re not sure which model you own, check the sticker on the side of your router.
